In 1995 two friends with over 10 years experience between them in the private
rental market and building/construction industry decided to join forces and Abode
Lettings Limited was formed.
With our own selection of properties in and around the Ashford (Kent) area and
several client portfolios, we are able to offer a variety of properties to let.
We also buy and sell.
The Building/Construction side of Abode Lettings is responsible for over 90% of
the annual turnover, considering in 1995 (year of incorporation) this percentage
was a mere 15% it shows how much the industry has expanded in the Ashford area.
Specialising in Listed, Period and Historic Buildings as well as modern designs.
With our in house team of contractors with contracts ranging from £15,000
to £500,000 we can offer personnel services to clients and with most of
our clients using us time and time again we know you will be satisfied with our
workmanship. Although Abode Lettings is based in Ashford (Kent) area we have successfully
completed contracts for English clients in:
- France
- Italy
- Holland
- Greece (Island of Paros)
- Switzerland
So as you can see no contract no matter how logistically difficult is too much
trouble.
